**Job Title: Associate - Investment Banking**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights.
- **Pitch Books & Presentations**: Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings and pitches.
- **Due Diligence**: Assist in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other financial transactions, ensuring thorough review and documentation.
- **Client Interaction**: Support senior employees in client communications and relationship management, providing timely updates and insights.
- **Transaction Support**: Assist in all aspects of transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with analysts and other team members to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Typically, 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related financial services.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
