We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Supervisor **who will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate monthly invoicing of customers and the follow-up for collection of payments on due dates from clients on behalf of the company** by the company's rules. He will also be responsible for answering and resolving client invoice-related concerns.
- **Accounts Supervisor - Roles and responsibilities**:
.Make a minimum of 20 vendor payments daily via UPI and maintain an Excel log of all payments made with relevant transaction details.
- Assist the sales and accounting department with the monthly invoicing process by reviewing customer invoices for timely submission.
- Contacting clients for transactions, invoices, and outstanding payments.
- Conducting follow-up with all clients, including those who do not pay on time, to ensure timely payment collection.
- Submitting adjustment entries and following pending deductions processes to resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions.
- Preparing monthly feedback as well as financial reports on payment collections.
- Keeping records of all invoices and payments received and all correspondence with clients regarding payment collection, including short payments received, payment deductions without permission, and payment advice for payments received without notification.
- Serve as a liaison between the accounts department, the client, and the sales team, ensuring communication for any payments received, defaults, invoice certification and discrepancy, short payments, and deductions.
- Updating and maintaining accounting records including issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Collaborate with the Accounts and Sales teams to keep outstanding balances at designated levels.
- Assist Sales and Business Development teams with pricing and bid procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer/equipment activity records in company CRM and shared databases.
- **Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor

Accounting software experience

Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas).

Clear knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as rules and regulations knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
