As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with 2 year of experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, manage customer accounts, and contribute to the growth of the business. You will work closely with various departments to address customer needs and concerns while seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer information and insights.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product or service information to customers and resolve issues effectively.
- Support in creating and delivering CRM reports and analytics.
- Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in CRM training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on CRM best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align CRM activities with business objectives.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist in organizing and participating in customer feedback surveys and follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and willing to learn and grow in the role.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
