**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **CO2, TIG, and MIG welding** for various metal components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Ensure high-quality welds that meet company and customer specifications.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **CO2, TIG, or MIG welder**.
- Ability to work with different materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards.
- [Optional] Welding certification is a plus.
