**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers who align with The Fragrance People's brand values and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling and authentic content that resonates with our target audience.
- Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of content and alignment with campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging influencers, and platform algorithms to optimize strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for fragrances and a keen interest in the beauty and lifestyle industry.

Pay: ₹9,777.17 - ₹49,293.50 per month
