**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Whatfix Business Applications team to conceptualize internal tools that support various Whatfix teams and have the potential to scale into customer-facing products.
- Work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.
- Partner closely with the centralized design team on multiple projects, primarily with BizApps.
- Stay updated on current design trends and best practices.
- Proactively incorporate new and emerging AI trends into your work.
- Learn about the Whatfix brand, its design language, and its suite of products.

**Qualifications**:

- **2-4 years** of full-time design experience, **preferably SaaS**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a full-time design course at institutes like** NID, IIT, or NIFT is preferred.**:

- Strong portfolio of design work (1-2 case studies that best represent skills)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Passion for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
