**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive Piano / Keyboard instruction to students, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of students.
- Teach Piano / Keyboard techniques, music theory, sight-reading, repertoire, interpretation, and performance skills.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates and inspires students to achieve their full potential.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and prepare students for performances, recitals, and examinations.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the Piano / Keyboard program and participate in faculty meetings and events.
- Stay updated with current pedagogical approaches, teaching methodologies, and advancements in Piano / Keyboard education.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to further enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in music, with a specialization in Piano / Keyboard performance or education.
- Exceptional Piano / Keyboard playing abilities, demonstrating technical proficiency and musicality across various genres.
- Previous experience in teaching Piano / Keyboard lessons to students of different ages and skill levels.
- Sound knowledge of music theory, Piano / Keyboard pedagogy, sight-reading, and repertoire development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow faculty members.
- Patient, supportive, and encouraging teaching approach, adapting lessons to meet individual student needs.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans, provide constructive feedback, and inspire a love for Piano / Keyboard music.
- Availability to teach during weekdays and weekends, to accommodate students' schedules.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the field of Piano / Keyboard education.
