Embedded Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deliver Training**: Conduct engaging training sessions on embedded systems topics such as microcontrollers, hardware programming, communication protocols, and IoT.
- **Develop Course Material**: Design and update training content, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and code samples.
- **Mentor and Support**: Provide guidance, feedback, and troubleshooting support to students, ensuring they grasp core concepts and practical skills.
- **Assess Progress**: Evaluate students' performance through tests, projects, and practical assignments.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends and technologies in embedded systems to ensure course content is relevant and up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Fresher to 2+ years of experience in embedded systems development and teaching/training.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
- Experience with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC), RTOS, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C).
- Familiarity with development tools such as Keil, MPLAB, IAR, etc.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- **Training Experience**: Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical workshops is preferred.
