**Job Summary**:
**ey Responsibilities**:
- Promote and market surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and distributors.
- Meet doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and healthcare decision-makers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals.
- Identify new market opportunities and increase brand awareness.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relations.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team for timely product delivery.
- Maintain detailed reports of field visits, targets achieved, and market coverage.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical/medical products
- Sales-oriented with negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Time management and goal-oriented approach
- Fluency in Hindi and English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
