Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Professional is a key leadership role responsible for the development, execution, and management of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This role involves overseeing and mentoring a team of Business Development Executives & also be involved in the creation and implementation of Sales strategies. This person will oversee the efforts of each of the business development executives.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to formulate effective sales plans.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other Directors to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture within the team.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify new opportunities and address client needs.
- Collaborate with the team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.

Sales Process Optimization:

- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency measures.
- Implement best practices in sales methodologies and tools.

Training and Development:

- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development plans.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and client preferences.
- Utilize market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
