at Tiluf, we are looking for dynamic Designer - UI/UX & Grphics, who is extremely passionate to turn a complex app/system into easy-to-use products and is interested to work on India’s first Blockchain and AR-based Metaverse platform.

**What is Tiluf?**

Tiluf is India’s first Decentralized mixed reality (AR/VR & Blockchain) platform, that provides an easy way for non-techie people to create metaverse experiences for the world & generate value on it.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating user-centered designs by understanding requirements, and user data with product manager & development team
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Incorporating user feedback/data to enhance user experience
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
- User empathy map with existing product
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Develop graphics - Gif, visuals, audio, and video for product illustrations, social media, events, logos, and websites as per company guidelines to create impactful communication.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year of UI/UX, graphic design experience
- Proficient in any prototyping & wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Draw.io, Sketch, InVision, etc
- Experties in Graphic designing tool - Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Premiere pro and Photoshop)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work as independent as well as with tea
