**Profile - Electrical Maintenance engineer**

Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - Electrical

**Experience -Min 5+ Years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in the injection molding industry**

Salary
- Upto 6 LPA

**Location - Chakan, Pune**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of injection molding machines (e.g., Engel, Haitian, Arburg, etc.).

Maintain and repair electrical components of auxiliary equipment such as chillers, dryers, conveyors, and robotic arms.

Perform fault diagnosis and rectify electrical issues in PLC systems, HMIs, drives (VFDs, servo drives), and control panels.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols while working with high-voltage equipment and circuits.

Maintain detailed maintenance logs, checklists, and documentation of electrical repairs and upgrades.

Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance without affecting output.

Supervise contractors or junior electricians during major repairs or installations.

Assist in the continuous improvement of machine uptime and energy efficiency.

Stay updated with electrical compliance standards (ISO/CE/OSHA) and ensure adherence.

Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
