**Job Title**: Entry-Level Programming Instructor (R, Python, Java)

**Job Type**: Part-Time / Contract

**Working Hours**: 18 hours per week (Flexible scheduling)

**Compensation**: ₹1,000 per month

**Location**:Remote / On-Site (if applicable)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging training sessions (online/offline) on R, Python, and Java programming.
- Prepare lesson plans, coding exercises, and real-world examples.
- Teach core programming concepts like:

- Python: Syntax, data structures, OOP, libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- R: Data analysis, visualization (ggplot2), statistical modeling.
- Java: Basics, OOP principles, collections, and JVM fundamentals.
- Assist learners with debugging, assignments, and mini-projects.
- Provide guidance on career paths in software development/data science.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Python (basic to intermediate).
- Familiarity with R (data manipulation, visualization).
- Understanding of Java (syntax, OOP, basic algorithms).

**Soft Skills**:

- Clear communication and patience with beginners.
- Ability to break down complex topics simply.
- Willingness to learn and adapt teaching methods.

**Preferred (But Not Mandatory)**:

- Certifications in Python, R, or Java (e.g., Coursera, Udemy, Oracle Certified Associate).
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience (even informal, like peer mentoring).
- Personal projects/GitHub repositories showcasing coding skills.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
**Stipend**: ₹1,000 per month (fixed).

Flexible hours (18 hours/week).

Certificate of Experience upon completion.

Growth opportunities (e.g., advanced trainer roles, performance bonuses).
