- **Overview**: Symbion Life Science, a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to therapeutic innovation and superior healthcare solutions, is seeking a Medical Representative to join our team. The Medical Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our oncology products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Promotion of Oncology Products**:

- Effectively promote Symbion Life Science's oncology products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, oncologists, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and educational programs to increase awareness and understanding of our products.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features, benefits, and indications.

**Territory Management:Customer Relationship Management:Market Intelligence and Reporting:Qualifications**:

- Develop and implement territory-specific action plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders in the territory and establish strong professional relationships with them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance using CRM systems.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry & Oncology division is preferred.
- Strong understanding of oncology products and the pharmaceutical market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Category
