We are looking for a passionate and creative **Instructional Designer (Fresher)** to join our content development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about education, eLearning, and digital content creation. You will play a key role in transforming complex concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand learning experiences.

**Job Type: Contract Basis**

**Location: Mumbai**(though the role is remote, occasional offline meetings may be required)

**Period: 6 Months**

**Must have a personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing and developing instructional material for digital learning formats such as eLearning modules, PPT-based lessons, scripts, and assessments.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Review and edit existing content for clarity, grammar, and instructional effectiveness.
- Maintain timelines and quality standards for project deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, English Literature, or a related field.
- Strong command over written and spoken English.
- Interest in digital learning and educational content creation.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint; familiarity with any authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must have a personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Based in Mumbai (though the role is remote, occasional offline meetings may be required).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy).
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or any LMS platforms.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
