**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver high-quality lessons in mathematics for Classes XI & XII according to the CBSE syllabus.
- Plan and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Teach concepts in algebra, calculus, geometry, statistics, and other areas relevant to the senior secondary curriculum.
- Conduct assessments and provide regular feedback to help students improve their skills and academic performance.
- Prepare students for board exams, including conducting revision sessions, mock tests, and providing targeted support to students.
- **Curriculum Development & Implementation**:

- Ensure the accurate and thorough implementation of the CBSE curriculum.
- Organize and update teaching resources to align with the latest curriculum guidelines and ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
- Encourage logical reasoning and problem-solving skills among students.
- **Student Engagement & Development**:

- Create an interactive and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and enthusiasm for mathematics.
- Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure students' understanding.
- Organize extra classes, remedial sessions, and math-related extracurricular activities to enhance learning.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Design regular formative and summative assessments to evaluate students’ progress and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in mastering difficult concepts.
- Track students' performance, maintain academic records, and communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
- **Collaborative Activities**:

- Work collaboratively with other teachers to ensure a holistic learning experience for students.
- Engage in departmental meetings and contribute ideas to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Participate in school events, including science exhibitions, math clubs, and inter-school competitions.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Regularly interact with parents to discuss student progress, upcoming assessments, and any concerns.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide valuable insights into students’ academic and personal growth.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in mathematics education, teaching methods, and CBSE guidelines.
- Attend professional development workshops, training programs, and conferences to enhance teaching skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. Mathematics) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferred).
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong command over mathematics and the CBSE syllabus.
- Ability to break down complex mathematical concepts into understandable segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management techniques.
- Proficient in using technology for teaching (e.g., interactive whiteboards, educational apps, online learning platforms).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
