- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

- Proven experience of writing/editing for businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in quality assurance for customer facing websites
- Follow the specified process guidelines and QA checklists
- Identify and document all errors
- Ensure all work meets customer expectations and departmental quality standards
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
- Encourage creativity and constant improvement
- Write/edit content as per the requirement

**Salary**: Commensurate with skill and experience
