**Location**: Raipur
**Industry**: Solar Manufacturing (EVA Sheets & Backsheets)
We’re looking for individuals with a strong background in **Polymer Science or Plastics Processing & Testing (PGD-PPT)** — and especially those with **a PhD or research-focused profile** for our **R&D** role. Based on your skillset and interest, you’ll be considered for **either R&D or Quality**.
**What you’ll be doing (role-specific)**:
**If you're in R&D**:
- Support in developing or improving EVA/backsheet formulations
- Run trials, record lab data, analyze performance
- Work on long-term durability, materials behavior, and innovation
- Collaborate with production and quality teams for real-world implementation
- Ideal for someone with a **PhD in polymers/materials** or strong R&D exposure
**If you're in Quality**:
- Oversee quality checks (raw material, in-process, final product)
- Maintain proper documentation (QA/QC reports, lab records, etc.)
- Work with production to improve process and consistency
- Ensure compliance with internal and ISO standards
**Who we’re looking for**:
- **PhD / M.Sc. in Polymer Science** or **PGD-PPT** (e.g., from CIPET)
- 1-4 years of experience in a manufacturing/R&D setup
- Practical knowledge of lab equipment and material testing
- A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work
- Experience in **EVA, backsheets, or similar polymers** is a big plus
We’re open to hiring at both **executive and manager levels**, depending on experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
