**Qualification**: Diploma /BE/BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

**Experience**: 7-8 Years

**Work Knowledge and skills**In-depth technical and supervision skills related to
- HVAC System - Chiller plant & VRV System etc.
- PHE System -Internal & External plumbing, ETP, STP & WTP Exposure etc.
- Fire Fighting System
- Electrical System - Internal & External Electrification, LT Panel, HT Panels, Transformer etc.
- ELV System - Telephone System, TV System, Data system, Fire Alarm System Public Address System.

Billing - Entire MEP Services.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAdditional Skill/Requirement
- Knowledge in the development of power distribution drawings, Electrical layout drawings, network drawings, e-stop zone drawings, permit drawings, full load calculations, bill of materials, and control panel schematic drawings
- Conversant of all packages of MEP (Plumbing, firefighting, vertical transportation, mechanical installation, Instrumentation and control)
- Advanced knowledge in Autocad, or E-PLAN.
- Commissioning site experience and customer handling
- Work as a team member and also provide guidance, managerial, technical support to project team.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Work quality, safety**:

- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
- Sample clearance, review of work methodology
- Ensure that the site work is organised in safe manner with limited wastages
- Preparation of punch-list, snag list
- Review of as-built drawings
- ** Schedule planning and adherence**:

- Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work, calculate quantities and prepare activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
- Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
- Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
- Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
- Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's.
- Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
- Develop Action, corrective action plan, and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.
- ** Budgeting, joint measurement, work coordination and MIS reporting**:

- Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
- Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution
- Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
- Joint measurement of the site work
- Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Client to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
