Cook for Cafe

Core duties
- **Food preparation**: Washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients for various dishes.
- **Cooking**: Cooking food using various methods like grilling, frying, and baking, and monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
- **Quality and presentation**: Ensuring dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes and standards, including garnishing and plating.
- **Kitchen sanitation and cleanliness**: Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, along with cleaning equipment, utensils, and appliances.
- **Inventory management**: Monitoring stock levels, organizing supplies, and assisting with inventory and ordering when needed.
- **Food safety**: Adhering to all food safety and health regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.

Additional responsibilities (may vary by establishment)
- **Menu development**: Creating or contributing to menu items, and adapting recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions.
- **Staff supervision**: Training and supervising junior kitchen staff, and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- **Customer service**: Communicating with servers or customers to fulfill orders and address special requests.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
