Job Title: Gold Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Gold Valuation: Accurately assess the value of gold items based on weight, purity, and market trends.
- Purity Checking: Utilize various methods and tools to determine the purity of gold items, ensuring adherence to established standards and regulations.
- Repairing Old Gold: Perform repairs and restoration work on old or damaged gold items, including soldering, resizing, and polishing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering guidance on gold-related matters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of gold transactions, including valuations, purity checks, repairs, and customer information. With Basic Computer Knowledge

- Day shift

- Marine Drive, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
