**Graphic Designer**:
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop creative graphics for social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Edit and retouch images as needed for digital and print use.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance design quality.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, branding, and promotional activities.
- Adapt existing designs to different formats and platforms as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital and print.
- Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take feedback positively and incorporate changes effectively.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience in UI/UX design or familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD is an advantage.
- Understanding of printing processes and preparing print-ready files.
