**Job Overview**

**Work Timings**: 6pm to 11pm* (**Evening Shift**)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Cash Handling**:

- Manage opening and closing cash balances accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently.

**Billing Operations**:

- Process and settle customer bills using the **PetPooja** POS system.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly.

**Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers with billing queries.
- Address any payment-related concerns professionally.

**Daily Reconciliation**:

- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of cash and other payment modes.
- Maintain accurate records for reporting to the accounts team.

**Support Functions**:

- Coordinate with the accounts team for smoother operations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cash counter area.

**Requirements**:
**Experience & Education**: Previous experience as a cashier is a plus, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Freshers with B.Com in Finance or other related field can also apply. Additional certifications in accounting or cash handling are a plus.

**Skills**:

- Basic-Intermediate computer knowledge is a must.
- Proficiency in **PetPooja** or similar POS software (preferred).
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
