Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Personal Secretary to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team. This includes tasks such as managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing the firm's filing system
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule of the senior leadership team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Coordinate and organize special events, conferences, and meetings.
- Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all meetings, correspondence, and transactions.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
