**Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in the real estate industry.**

Job Summary:
will have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in the real estate

industry. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships,

and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide information about available properties, pricing, and benefits.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Sales Support:

- Schedule appointments for site visits and property tours.
- Assist the sales team with follow-up calls and customer interactions.
- Maintain an updated database of client information and interactions.
- Reporting:

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and sales progress.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding client preferences

and market trends.

Skill Required:

- **Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in the real estate industry.**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,188.30 - ₹37,500.36 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
