**Telecaller Responsibilities:

- Handle enquires.
- Calling & Addressing enquires.
- Maintain track of incoming enquires and the responses to the same.
- Connecting the calls to the required department and concerned person to further address the query.
- Good Communication & Coordination skills
- Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.
- studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individual's contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

- Handling sales over the phone entirely
- Excellent communication and typing skills,
- Telecalling is all about building repeat business through good customer relations.
- Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company.
- Acquiring and updating an individuals contact details.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
