Job description:
As a **Customers Relationship Executive Female (CRE)** in Gold Appraisal Operations, you will be responsible for appraising gold accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting branch-level credit and loan operations. You will act as a key point of contact for customers seeking gold loans, maintaining both operational efficiency and customer service standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct accurate gold appraisals using standard methods and tools.
- Ensure purity and weight checks as per the company's quality standards.
- Evaluate and verify customer credentials and KYC documents.
- Maintain updated records of gold stock, loan status, and customer profiles.
- Coordinate with credit and risk teams for loan disbursement approvals.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI norms, and gold loan guidelines.
- Support branch operations and meet monthly loan disbursement targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide service with transparency and trust.
- Monitor pledged gold for safety and compliance.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong knowledge of gold appraisal techniques and tools.
- Understanding of NBFC gold loan policies and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in assessment.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, loan processing systems).
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
