**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students.
- Identify emotional, behavioral, or academic issues through observation and interaction.
- Develop and implement support plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
- Handle crisis situations and refer to external professionals if needed.
- Conduct workshops for students, parents, and staff on topics like stress management, bullying, peer pressure, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
