Dispatch Coordinator

**Order Dispatch Management**:

Acots Corporation operates multiple eCommerce brands, specializing in DTC sales. We focus on providing high-quality products directly to consumers while ensuring efficient logistics and fulfillment processes.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and manage daily dispatches to ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.
- Verify packing lists and ensure the right products are shipped.

**Stock & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain real-time stock levels and ensure inventory is updated across sales channels.
- Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for restocking and replenishment.
- Identify low-stock situations and prevent order fulfillment issues.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Communicate with shipping carriers (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc.) to resolve delays or delivery issues.
- Track shipments and proactively address any delays or discrepancies.
- Optimize shipping methods to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.

**Data & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily dispatch records, stock reports, and fulfillment performance metrics.
- Provide reports on stock levels, pending orders, and shipping efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory tracking to minimize discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in order fulfillment, dispatch coordination, or inventory management in an eCommerce or DTC business.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or other eCommerce platforms (preferred).
- Understanding of logistics, courier partnerships, and shipping processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for stock tracking and reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work under fast-paced eCommerce conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
