Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive English language curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the needs of university students.
- Deliver engaging and interactive English communication sessions using a variety of teaching methods and materials.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency levels and track their progress.
- Provide individualized feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to language acquisition and cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate English communication skills into relevant academic programs and courses.
- Stay updated on developments in English language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative approaches into teaching practices.
- Organize extracurricular activities, workshops, and events to promote English language learning and cultural understanding among students.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment results.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and university committees as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language Teaching, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching English as a second language to diverse groups of learners, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective language learning activities and assessments.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning purposes.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for continuous professional development.
- Experience living or working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
