**Job Title**: Personal Assistant cum Secretary

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and preparing itineraries.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office organization.
- Support in personal tasks as required (e.g., personal scheduling, errands, etc.).
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Previous experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptable, proactive, and resourceful.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
