**Job Title**: Admission Counselor - CA Course

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
5. **Assessment**: Evaluate applicants' academic qualifications, previous experience, and readiness for the CA program to ensure a good fit with our institution.

6. **Admission Support**: Assist students in preparing for entrance exams, interviews, and any additional assessments required for admission.

8. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as finance, marketing, and academic services to ensure a seamless admission process.

9. **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and trends to aid in decision-making and planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Education, Counseling, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the CA profession and its educational requirements is preferred.
- Previous experience in student counseling or admissions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
