Store executives are responsible for managing store operations and ensuring that it operates effectively. They handle customer queries, stock management, sales, and administrative tasks. It is their responsibility to maintain customer relationships by ensuring quality customer service and complaint resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor and supervise store operations, including sales and customer service.
- Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and presentable.
- Assist customers in finding products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Monthly, weekly, and daily reports tracking sales and store performance.
- Ensure that sales targets are met.
- Conduct daily cash and inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Oversee the security of the store and prevent shrinkage.
- Liaising with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure that work processes are efficient.
- Keeping up to date with current trends in the retail industry.
- Report all store-related issues to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in management, business administration, or any other relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of retail management and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of computer and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
