Key Responsibilities:

- **Video Production and Editing**:Conceptualizing, shooting, and editing videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and educational materials. This includes assembling footage, adding motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and optimizing for different platforms.
- **Motion Graphics Design**:Creating animated graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and create engaging narratives.
- **Graphic Design**:Designing digital assets like social media graphics, website visuals, and infographics, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive visual content.
- **Brand Consistency**:Maintaining brand standards and consistency across all video and graphic content.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Utilizing video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to produce high-quality visuals.
- **Staying Updated**:Keeping abreast of industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices in video editing and motion graphics.
- **Project Management**:Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and typography.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design and video projects.
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform specifications.
- Experience in creating short-form video content for social media platforms is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,485.42 - ₹30,000.00 per month
