**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and manage day-to-day on-site operations for interior and exterior projects.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Inspect project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines.

Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and budgets.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and material usage.

Resolve on-site challenges and troubleshoot any arising issues promptly.

Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and in good condition for the project.

Conduct regular inspections and provide feedback to improve project quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior and exterior projects & Strong knowledge of construction, design, and installation processes in commercial and residential spaces.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; Tamil proficiency is an added advantage.
