Female Tele Caller

We require female staff with below qualities. As a Tele Caller Outbound, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our services. This role demands strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills, along with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
- Follow a prepared sales script to persuade customers and handle objections.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers where applicable.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve sales strategies.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Excellent data entry and documentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
- Language proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
