**Senior Executive - Web Design, Creative, and Media Production**
The Web Designerwill be responsible for Overseeing the design, creation, and production of
websites, marketing materials, and media content, Designing and developing websites using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.

**Scope of the job**

**Including but not limited to**
- Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of the target

audience
- Optimizing websites for search engines and ensuring accessibility standards are met
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and

developers, to support the organization’s goals and objectives
- Maintaining and updating existing websites, fixing bugs and adding new features as needed
- Generating creative ideas and concepts for marketing and advertising campaigns
- Overseeing media production projects from pre-production to post-production editing
- Coordinating and managing a team of designers, developers, and production professionals to

ensure project completion on time and within budget
- Designing visual materials, including presentations, brochures, posters, and digital graphics
- Developing and producing multimedia content, including videos and photographs, to promote

the Innovation Hub and its work
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure visual content supports the organization’s

goals and objectives
- Maintaining high standards for quality and consistency in all visual materials produced by the

Innovation Hub
- **Eligibility Criteria**
- Strong background in web design and development
- Passion for creativity and design
- Experience leading and managing complex media production projects
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
- Project management experience for coordinating the production process.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
