Spark Eighteen is a brainchild of innovative minds that strive to build great
products. We’re a lean team passionate people solving problems, using
engineering and design thinking concepts.

Over the years, we’ve worked with multiple start-ups and built products across
the globe. We take pride in our learning and development culture within the
organisation. Each member in the team is constantly departing knowledge for
colleagues to gain and keep learning from members that can help them skill
better. We focus on providing a good and happy environment that provides the
right ecosystem for everyone to grow together.

We recently, during our 10 year anniversary envisioned the Spark Eighteen
Innovation Centre, focussed towards building start-ups at all stages. The SP18IC
gets involved in mentoring start-ups, pre-seed investing, nurturing ideas to co
- create and a lot more.

We are now looking for self-starting interns who can assist the SP18C team with
operations. Not only will you hone your skills alongside a fun, creative
environment, you will also enjoy the perks of working closely with different
leaders of co-creation working on various newer ideas and see them come to life.
Skills include, research, marketing development, business analytics, introduction
to digital marketing and more.

Position: Innovation Intern
Experience: 3-6 months
Location: NCR
Joining time: Immediate

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication and impeccable organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel
- A problem-solving attitude and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Research, data and analytical bent of mind.
- Curious and inquisitive nature.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail.
- High passion values and driven individuals looking to be leaders/entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
