QA Chemist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raw material/Packing material /finished goods in process QC.
- Hands on exposure on
- Hands on exposure on Tile Adhesive, Grout and Epoxy products
- Awareness on Test methods of Tile Adhesive or relevant construction chemical products
- Testing of material manufactured and checking whether it is compiling with defined specification.
- Analytical and physical testing of RM/PM/FG.
- Preparing / Implementation of Process checks and SOP
- Making QA reports and interacting with production & strictly adhering the specifications as per QA and R&D defined guidelines.
- Calibration of testing equipment’s and on-line and off-line testing.
- Maintaining statutory norms like W&M, PCRA and compliance.
- Handling of ISO 9000 / QMS documentation.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
- BSC/MSC Chemistry with 5 - 7 years of experience.
- Hands on knowledge of equipment like Karl Fisher, Viscometer (RVT & LVT model), tensile testing machine, MFI tester etc.
- Good knowledge in SAP and MS office.
- Good communication skills, Analytical ability and decision-making ability.

**Salary**: ₹380,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
