Incharge Nurse

Supervise and coordinate nursing activities across ICU, chemo, and surgical wards.
- Manage staff scheduling and shift allocations, ensuring adequate coverage and skill mix.
- Provide clinical oversight, monitor patient care standards, and support critical procedures.
- Act as a liaison between nursing teams, doctors, pharmacy, and administrative staff.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure smooth escalation and support as needed — including 24-hour availability in case of critical events.
- Monitor compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Mentor and guide junior staff; participate in training, evaluations, and audits.
- Assist in patient care planning, discharge coordination, and family communication.
**Qualifications**:
- B.Sc. Nursing valid registration
- 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or ICU/chemo setting.
- Experience in surgical or oncology care preferred
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and crisis-handling skills
- Willingness to be on-call or available in emergencies 24x7
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
