**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for hardware and software issues.
- Support in Server management.
- Configure and monitor LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and VPN connections.
- Ensure system security, data backup, and recovery processes are carried out effectively.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and support logs.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with networking concepts.
- Basic knowledge of router/switch configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows Server (AD, Group Policy, DHCP) is a plus.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
