**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Create Graphics**: Develop visually appealing graphics, templates, presentations, and social media posts using Canva.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all materials.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to understand design requirements and create graphics that meet the campaign objectives.
- **Revise and Refine**: Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback, ensuring the final product meets the quality standards.
- **Template Creation**: Design and maintain a library of customizable templates for various marketing and social media needs.
- **Content Optimization**: Optimize graphics for different platforms, ensuring the best visual impact on each channel (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up-to-date with design trends and Canva updates to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Canva Editor or in a similar graphic design role.
- **Proficiency**: Expert knowledge of Canva, including its features, tools, and functionalities.
- **Design Skills**: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- **Creativity**: Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions for various design challenges.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing a variety of designs created using Canva.
