**JOB Description for Data Entry Operator**

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Dewas (M.P)Working Days: 5 days WorkingShift Timing: 10:00 AM To 8:00 PM

**Summary-**

**Preferred Skills-**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Basic understanding of GST (Goods and Services Tax) regulations, PF and compliance requirements.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and tools.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, PF and filing of GST returns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
