- Assist the Directors in preparing the required documents for the Board Meeting._
- Co-ordinating internal and external Board Meetings._
- Organizing paperwork and computer-based information._
- Organise and attend meetings, including compiling all documents and reports ahead of time. _
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans and it ineraries including flight, car service and restaurant reservations._
- Ensure that the Directors are updated with the Company's everyday transactions._
- Update the Directors on his regular meetings or appointments._
- Substitute Directors if he cannot attend emergency meetings._
- Co-ordinate, manage and guide internal teams._
- Assist with team-building initiatives and overall support for maintaining an organisational culture and employee morale._
- Carefully write down all phone messages and relay them to the appropriate personnel._
- Frequently use word processing, spread-sheet, database and presentation Software._
- Serve as a spokesperson and representative at assigned events and other community forums. Write, edit and produce stories for multiple platforms including the internet and digital channels._
- Draft and manage print, online and social media communications designed to promote the company brand, image and values._
- Responsible for office administration and preparing expense reports for Finance._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
