**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to:
I. Digital advertisements

II. Social media graphics

IV. Print collateral

V. Packaging designs

2. Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate the brand message and enhance the overall user experience.

3. Produce high-quality designs within tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.

4. Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visual assets.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure that final deliverables meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

1. Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including photo libraries, design templates, and style guides.

2. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

2. Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms.

3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

4. Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
