**The Opportunity - Video Producer**

As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production of a video or campaign. You will also be responsible for planning and organizing the shoots and any video/audio assets. You should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to tell the story in a creative manner. You should also have excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
You are a team player, a self-starter and are eager to contribute to new ideas.

**You will -**
- Produce video content for digital media and social media platforms which include short documentaries and corporate videos, product films for brands.
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
- Work closely with the Head of Design and Head of Content to conceptualize visuals, style frames, and branding for large scale projects and series.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content.
- Plan video shoots - scout, select and reserve shoot locations and also work as a location producer during video interviews and other important on-location shoots.
- Supervise the direction, voice-over, photographers, etc., in the video-making process.
- Maintain the video equipment on a regular basis.
- Document a proper record of all company productions and content.
- Provide training and support to the artists.

**You have**
- 6+ years of prior experience in Video Production
- A robust portfolio which contains brand shoots, ad films and more.
- Great design, ideation and conceptual ability with an eye to detail.
- Knack of visualising beautiful films.
- Fair knowledge of the latest trends.
