*Job Title: Junior Architect (2-3 years exp.)*

Timing - 11-7 Monday to Saturday.

*Responsibilities:*
- Create compelling Architectural designs focusing on Residences, villa and bungalows
- Proficiently use Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up, Ms.Office, Rendering softwares to generate precise layouts and plans.
- Manage design processes, ensuring timely management with the design team for the deliveries of drawings.
- Conduct on-site visits for project assessment, implementation supervision, and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand preferences and deliver tailored design solutions.
- Hands on experience in designing Villas, High-end Bungalows, Landscape, is a mandatory requirement
- Technical knowledge related to Site execution with all type of technical drawings is mandatory.
