We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team at Needles Magic. As a Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life by designing custom suits, blouses, dresses, and other garments. You will work closely with our clients and skilled consultants to understand their preferences, provide expert guidance, and create designs that reflect their individual style and personality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and consultants to understand their design preferences, style preferences, and requirements.
- Create sketches, designs, and mock-ups based on client consultations and feedback.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and patterns to bring designs to life.
- Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for the production team.
- Oversee the production process to ensure that designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Provide expertise and guidance on garment construction, fit, and alterations.
- Conduct fittings and make adjustments as needed to ensure garments fit perfectly.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve any issues or challenges during the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure that every garment meets our high standards of craftsmanship and quality.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.(Equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in bespoke tailoring or custom clothing.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and production teams.
- Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and sewing techniques.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and service to our clients.
