**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily field visits to generate leads and convert potential customers.
- Explain solar solutions and offerings effectively to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects.
- Maintain detailed reports of visits and share daily updates with the manager.
- Complete regular documentation and paperwork required for customer onboarding and project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a bike with a valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Word for reporting.
- Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed monthly salary.
- Attractive performance-based incentives for every successful customer conversion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rayagada, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
