**Empower Youth as a Facilitator & Counselor at Lighthouse Communities Foundation**

**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of underprivileged youth? As a Facilitator & Counselor, you will play a vital role in helping young individuals develop the agency to make informed life decisions. Your influence will shape their emotional, social, and mental well-being through meaningful relationships and personalized guidance.

**Reporting To**: Centre Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitate the Foundation Course**: Lead the foundation course for new students, ensuring each participant completes the program and maintains full attendance.
- **Counseling Assessments**: Administer counseling tests to evaluate students' aptitudes, abilities, and personalities, guiding them toward appropriate skilling choices.
- **One-on-One Counseling**: Conduct personalized counseling sessions based on test results, helping students understand their outcomes and make informed decisions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Note any discrepancies between test results and counseling outcomes, and take necessary corrective actions.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with and support your fellow team members as needed to foster a cohesive environment.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: BA/MA in Psychology, Counseling, Training, or a postgraduate degree in any field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in counseling, with a focus on life skills and soft skills development.
- **Classroom Management**: Ability to effectively manage and facilitate a group of 25-30 students.
- **Empathetic Approach**: A strong commitment to youth upliftment, with a role-model mindset to inspire and guide students.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficient verbal and written communication in Telugu,Hindi, and English.
- **Immediate Joiners Preferred**
